Refund policy

For hygiene reasons, there are no exchanges or refunds for mask products.

For any product or quality issues, please send your questions to CHITTON customer service email support@chitton.com

If the product has any quality problems, please contact CHITTON customer service within 30 days after receiving the order. If the complaint exceeds 30 days after receiving the goods, no compensation or refund will be given.

Questions raised due to subjective reasons such as inappropriate size and color will not be accepted.
